Other Pests Inspection

Our General Pest Inspection follows the following steps:

  1. Outdoor Inspection
  2. Indoor Inspection
  3. Reports and Recommendations

 

1. Outdoor Inspection

 

The outdoor pest inspection will check for any invasive ant species on garden plants or pots.

Subsequently, window and door sills would be inspected for any ant trails.

Covers of septic tanks or manholes would be opened to check for any cockroach colonization.

Outdoor storerooms would be checked for any rat activity.

Water retention areas would be checked for any mosquito breeding activity.

2. Indoor Inspection

 

The indoor inspection covers areas frequented by cockroaches and ants.

This include kitchen cabinet, kitchen sinks, window and door sills for any ant trails.

Kitchen cabinets, bathroom and wet kitchen areas will be checked for any cockroaches activity.

Water containing items in kitchen and bathrooms will be checked for any mosquito breeding activity.

3. Reports and Recommendations

 

After the inspection is completed, our specialist will brief you on the status.

Recommendations would be put forward to you for your consideration.
