We know very well that high volume application of pesticides for pest control shall not be conducted in a closed environment like inside a building.
We understand that pesticides, no matter how safe somebody might claim, are hazardous if continuously exposed to human beings and the environment.
With these concerns in our mind, our approach to pest control has the following characteristics:
Whether you like it or not, the use of pesticide still remains the most practical and effective mean of controlling household pests.
Unlike most of the pest control operators that uses the conventional method which relying on hundreds of liters of a pesticide solution to control a pest, we will employ more innovative methods that use very little quantity of pesticide.
In order to achieve this, we would employ baiting method for all type of household pests.
For example, to treat a termite problem with slab injection method would require up to 500 g active ingredient of imidacloprid whilst we would eliminate a termite colony with only 2 g active ingredient of chlorfluazuron by using the termite baiting technique.
All products we use for controlling household pests are target specific.
Target specific here means a product that only controls a specific type of pest, for example termite bait is only attracting and killing termites, cockroach bait only killing cockroaches and ant bait only for ants and so on.
This would minimize their effects to non-target organisms and make the treatment program more environmentally friendly.
We understand that our client and their beloved ones are living in a closed environment (inside a building).
Whatever chemicals you sprayed inside a building or injected into the ground are trapped inside the building. Since you are living inside there, you are therefore continuously exposed to the pesticide and its residue.
Long term exposure to pesticide might cause some health hazards.
It is our policy not to spray or inject any pesticide solution inside your premises.
Even though all the products we use are containing very little quantity of pesticide, however if left exposed, they might be harmful to children or pets living within the treated vicinity.
To ensure their safety, all our baiting materials are placed inside closed, sealed, or securely screwed housing stations.
We believe that any pest control program shall be a collective effort. It is not the sole effort of Mante Group but owner of the property shall also be very much involved.
It is therefore our job to educate our clients concerning the behavior of specific pest, its control options available in the market, our ways to solve the problem and roles to play by our clients to make the program a success in long run.
We strongly believe that those who carry out the day-to-day tasks in our pest control program must be technically sound and should be able to solve pest problem of different dimensions.
Unlike other operators that would send technicians to handle their termite baiting operations, we rely on fully competent and well-trained specialists to solve your termite problems.
These specialists are able to do sales presentations, to conduct free inspections, to conduct bait monitoring tasks as well as answering whatever queries you have concerning pests and their management.
